You primary focus will be sales and customer service; splitting time between handling inbound sales opportunities, making outbound calls and in-person sales calls to find and develop new opportunities.

Primary duties:

• Inbound Sales (walk-in customers, phone & email)
• Outbound Sales (phone & email)
• In person sales calls
• Counter Sales
• Quoting & Follow Up
• Closing sales
• Processing Orders

Secondary duties:

• Answering phones
• Being the first person to greet walk-in customers
• Customer service

Periodic duties:

• Order fulfillment
• Packing & Shipping Orders
• Inventory
• Assembling product
