Rate: Contractor rate $30-$40 per hour; W2 rate $25-$35 per hour

Job Summary: The Paid Search & Paid Social Specialist will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, creativity, and a deep understanding of paid media strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive paid search and social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Manage day-to-day operations of paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) campaigns.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance. Will work with SEO Specialist to optimize performance for the client.
  • Audience Targeting: Create and refine audience segments to target the most relevant prospects.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal spend across channels while maximizing ROI.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare detailed reports to communicate results to clients and stakeholders.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, design and website development team members to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search and paid social media marketing.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in managing paid search and social media campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
  • Creativity: Ability to craft compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies and results to clients and team members.
  • Certifications: Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
